The only reason I moved into Sterling is because they requied no deposit, I found out that was the only good thing it had going for it. Let me start off by saying, "Its in the middle of the ghetto." So, my car got broken into, and so did all four of my roomates cars. The boys up stair (building #14) got robbed at gun point and you get to hear the sweet sounds of gun shots through the night. The electiric wiring in my kitchen was bad so we went through 3 microwaves in 3 months, until they finally fixed it. The gate remotes were broken, so when I came home from work at 3am in the moring, I had to sit outside of sterling for 30 min until the next person came out the gate. When I asked mamagment what they were going to do about the situation they told me there was nothing they could do. Let's not forget to mention that the room are only 10' by 11', that model they showed me was a crock. The walls are too thin so I get to hear the sounds of me lesiban neighbors having sex frequently. And every time you walk in to my apartment you get to smell my carpet, that sterling promised they would have clean since I moved in. There is much much more, like how the pipe under my sink busted and ruined a years worth of tanpons and soap that my mother got for me. Or how we woke up one day to find or whole house tooken over by ants. I just like to inform people you can take my advise or not, but remember one thing when choosing an apartment you get what you paid for. So I guess I can't complain. ncj.
