I LOVE IT!!!

I have been living at Sterling University Grove for 2 years. I LOVE IT. I will say that the OLD management was bad but I love the new people in the office. The new management has been more than helpfull. Maintance has gotten a lot better than it used to be. I read the other reviews and I can't believe some of the comments. The gate was broken once because of a lighting storm that hit the call box. Management let us know what happened and remendied the problem right away. I've never had to wait outside the gate to get it. I've never heard of anyone being robbed at gun point. That's rediculous. We have the gates here and we get a monitored alarm FREE. All I have to say is I LOVE IT and I'm sure anyone else will too.
