Dont get me wrong it has some faults, but so does every other apartment complex. I dont think they deserve all of that extra bad mouthing. The management has gotten a lot better, and you can see that they are a least trying to make things better for us residents. It's only the people who pays rent late, or get violations after wild parties that complain. I would like them to go to another apartment complex expecting anything different. I WON'T HAPPEN! Every collegiate property is them same, just different property manangers. So go ahead and listen to these people complain, thats going to be anywhere you look. But all I have to say is that, if I'm still here ( as particular as I am) it can't be that bad. Experience it for yourself.
