I was matched up with an absolutely horrible person for a roommate, and then finally got to move into a new apartment in April. The room I moved into was alright, but the bathroom was dirty (and I got charged to have the one I left cleaned even though it was ten times cleaner than the one I moved into, and no one from the office would come look at my new bathroom). Also they said they would catch whatever mail was still being sent to my old apartment and put it in my new mailbox, that never happened. My moving packet was put in my old mailbox, my file is still filed in my old apartment. But here's the kicker.
I pay for covered parking, and when I moved I obviously needed a different space, so the old manager (it's currently under completely new management) told me a spot number and then told me not once, not twice, but three different times that I didn't need a new sticker with the correct number on it, and then my car got towed and the office is trying to weasel their way out of paying for their mistake. Sterling sucks and I can't wait to get the hell out on Sunday and live by myself.
