This was the worst place I have ever lived in. It was brand new when I moved in and with in months our air conditioning was leaking and we had to slush through wet carpets and milldew on the walls for months before the maintaince decided to come and clean it up. Roommate matching is a joke. I got "matched up" with a guy (after asking for only females) that had a drug problem and after several complaints they told me they couldn't do anything about it. I had to call the police twice for the people up stairs to shut their music off in the early hours in the morning. The bedrooms are the size of jail cells and the eithernet when't out in a storm and didn't come back on for several months even after several complaints. People would throw trash and cigerette butts off of their balconys and it would sit there for weeks. It was the worst year of my life and I recomend that you keep very far away from that place.
