Next year, the prices will be dropping yet again. As far as student housing, I loved Sterling. It is one of the cheapest places in town. The office staff is always helpful and makes an effort to learn the tennants names to make you feel more at home. Maintenance is a hassel at times--the head guy doesn't like to do work. It is always a surprise when they decide to finally fix what you put a work order in for weeks ago. Kids climb over the fence all the time to use our pool, but when they aren't here, it's very nice. It also seems that the staff doesn't try very hard to make roommate matches with people that get along. I have spoken to MANY people who have been put into situations where they have had to switch apts. For a student who goes to school full time and works to pay their bills--I highly reccomend University Grove. It is also MUCH easier if you already have a roommate or two that you KNOW you can live with.
