I first this place and thought it was nice. The part which was I was unaware of was that there are shootings at night! The walls are really thin and I had someone who worked on a place like this tell me they are made of a very flimsy material. I can hear the people above me having sex at night. The management also screwed up with potentially huge consequences. I turned in all my paper work for the alarm system to be hooked up and assumed they would take care of it. I saw my panel had been serviced and felt confident it was turned on. Three months later when the alarm went off and no one called and the police did not show up I found out I was not beeing monitered for those three months. This was greatly disconcerting especially when some of the maintnance people told me poeple were randomly coming into apartments. When I called the alarm company they said they did not have my information. Sterling never accepted responsibility. Scary and unsafe, I would not recommend this apartment to anyone!
