Just pay your rent!!!!!!!

I am a current DownUnder resident and I can honestly say that the changes are better than the two previous management companies. Most people that have problems are people who just don't pay their rent and expect the office staff to not enforce their policy. I experienced maintance issuses for the past 2 years of living here and for the first time my work orders were completed within 2 days of calling them in. I was told that the new company will be giving the residents all new carpet and furniture. It is really hard for a company to get rid of a trashy reputation and if I didn't graduate this summer I would renew my lease. Change is good for everyone just some people can't expect it.
