I remember when DownUnder was University Grove, a couple of my friends lived there. They were always complaining about the management, utility fees, maintenance issues that weren??t being resolved. I am now a resident at DownUnder and can simply see how the management positively influences the residents at this property. They have put together many social events which are allowing DownUnder to have a better reputation. I do recommend this apartment complex to students throughout Tallahassee.
