i've lived at downunder apartments since august, and so far i haven't run into any major problems. i'm not planning on renewing my lease, but it's mostly roommate issues, not the complex.

everytime we've had a maintanence problem (which hasn't been very often), the staff was nice about it and someone was always there in a timely fashion to fix it. there's the occasional noisy neighbor problem, but that's to be expected from pretty much any place occupied by mostly college students.

when the car i was driving got towed (something that was my fault because i never went to get a temporary parking decal), the management took care of it for me AND had one of the staff drive me to class so i wouldn't be late.

if you pay your rent on time and are respectful of others, then this really is a nice place to live.
