Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I currently live here and have been quite dissatisfied since the beginning. Within 2 months of living here, the front windows on my car were busted in and I saw cops at the complex probably 6 times. The police are here for one reason or another once or twice a month at least. A little discomforting, no'
Visitor parking disappears at sundown. Friday and Saturday nights...if you're having company, they need to be there by 6:30-7 or else they'll be circling the lot waiting to grab someone's spot while they're on a beer run.
If noise is a problem, Down Under is NOT for you!
The good aspects.....
There was NO deposit(the reason I signed here).
Rooms are decently sized.
Maintenance staff was very swift about getting to any needed repairs and were very courteous as well.
