I stayed here from 2000-2005. I was one of the first people to move into the complex. I've seen it digress into what it is now but overall I think its a nice place to live. never major bug issues. noise wasn't a problem, then again i lived on the 3rd floor. Definitely parties every weekend but you should expect that living in student housing. Rent was OK, only thing, is that they raise it EVERY year, even if you resign your lease in time they come up with some make beleive reason why your rent has to go up $15. parking was great, i believe they tow now, which sucks. If something breaks they fix it in a timely fashion and the staff is pretty helpful. I enjoyed my 5 years at Sterling university (down under) and I think any freshman/sophmore/junior would.
