Downunder Apartments are AMAIZING!!!! You may not find the few things that your lease gives you in your apartment when you arrive, but hey, who needs a microwave... or a ceiling fan anyway'' Air conditioning is more of a Luxury then a nessesity so dont worry about that either. Awsome pool, and amaizing people. I'v read some of the other reviews on this site and they sound like they were written by Inbread Git-R-Dun's with too much time on there hands. I have yet to see a crack deal, or anyone get shot, and the cops have only been here ONCE, which isnt that bad. All these comments seem to be made against the black people living here, who are amaizingly friendly and curidous. Stay away from the white people around these complexes though, they are crazy imbread redneck scum... but throw good partys.

Sure...blame the white people. Call us dumb, crazy, imbred scum....why don't you learn to spell amazing or curtious. It always has to be race with you guys, which proves that YOU are the racist ones. If you don't like the complex or white people too much, why don't you move? Better yet, leave Tallahassee altogether!

Wow, it must take an ignorant person to post such a ridiculous comment like that. I have been living here for two years. This place is not the greatest. It has nothing to do with white people or black people or race to be more specific. I have dealt with many headaches here from broken car windows, pulled fire alarms by the kids from the neighborhood in the back, fights, terrible property management, etc. This place is terrible. I blame it on management. If they would fix the things thatare wrong with Down Under things would be different. There are too many things to name. I DO NOT recommend living here. Take my word for it. If I could I would stand outside the property and boycott the place but I would get evicted because it is against the lease..
