I urge all students to stay away from this complex. Call the Tallahassee police Department 850-891-4200 and ask how many incidences the complex has had. Lisa Morrow is a poor manager. Do be drawn in by the waived security deposit. upon move out they will charge you about $1000 I swear!

Seriously?! $1000?! You swear?! On your life perhaps?
I moved out of Down Under in August after I had graduated. I had minimal charges because my stupid roommate left a bag of trash behind and didn't put in the new drip pans we had bought.(thanks Casey) They can't just make up charges you know. Did you investigate it or are you content with just posting derogatory remarks about it? If you honestly owe them $1000 you either a)damaged stuff or b)left owing money on your account. I was a leasing agent at a couple of complexes while I was at FSU and I am very familiar with the move out process. I am beyond tired of people like you who jump on these sites and bad mouth communities and the people who work there just because you were irresponsible and incurred late fees or damage fees. As for the 'incidences'(try 'incidents' next time), this place doesn't have any more activity than the next. This is a college town; crime happens everywhere.
Oh, and one more thing, you might want to actually proof what you write before posting it. If you had then you would have realized that while your intent was to steer people clear of the complex you actually encouraged them: "Do be drawn in by the waived security deposit." I believe you meant "Don't".
