This is my first aptartment in tallanasty :-)and me and roommates love it. We have had no problems with the apartment, no problems with the office staff, and no problems with the neighborhood. The price is great and we went ahead and signed our renewal lease so our rate wouldn't go up. I'm sure there are some other 'nicer' communites in town but I'm sure you have to pay through the nose for them to, and I'm a struggling college student so thats not an option. We have fun here. I love being able to go the gym or go sit in the hottub 24 hrs a day. If you are into having fun and need an affordable place to stay then this is it. Much love to all my future neighbors!

Defiantly posted by the Down Under Staff. They have been marketing that lease renewal for some time now, there are flyers everywhere. As for being in the hot tub, Its usually filled with shards of broken beer bottles. It's nice that the gym is always open though. Don't park your car in any dark places, the guy next to me got his rims stolen the first week or so, and make sure your parking permit is well displayed because they will tow you in a second. Staff is incompetent. I STILL HAVE A BROKEN WINDOW, from when some drunkard threw a beer bottle at it over a month ago!

'Defiantly' posted by the Down Under Staff?? Ha ha! BTW - were the rims stolen or repossessed? There's a difference in case you didn't know. And if I were you I really wouldn't take my neighbors word on it; I mean, who wants to confess that they couldn't afford the payments on their rims?
