This was the worst experience ever in apartment living, I intend to take my case further by other means but I want to make aware to others the situation at Down under. You WILL have to wait days to talk to the manager if any problems arise (She will always conveniently have a phone call or meeting with another tenant.) The employees absolutely could not care less the state of your apartment or who stole your rim, once your locked in, that is it- and your just another legaly bound paycheck; Which, god knows where that ends up because it definetly doesn't find it's way back into the mishapen buildings, the awkward doors that don't reach the ceiling for full privacy, the poor upkeep of the lawn or clubhouse, security to keep the the kids from the neighborhoods from constantly breaking in to damage vehicles, use facilites. I want to emphasize the poor professionalism of the manager as well, she was horrible and emitted a I don't give a damn attitude. Avoid this place at all costs, in fact, run as fast as you can the opposite direction.
