Close to FSU but ...

This is a low-quality apartment complex. It's in a bad neighborhood, and the construction and condition of the building is shoddy. If you are considering moving here, take a look at the apartment's ceiling first; it's a drop-panel ceiling. When I lived here, there were always people getting arrested outside my window every weekend.
