Great location to the law school, but everything else was terrible. God, where to start...

My water heater was the size of a mop bucket, so I hope you can shower in 5 minutes. And if you want to wash your dishes and take a shower in the same day' Forget it.

Potbelly's: Great bar, terrible neighbor. If you're on the bar side, then get used to sleeping in your living room to escape the noise.

If something breaks in your apt, learn to live without it. It took weeks to get my kitchen light fixed, and when my water heater started flooding my apt, they ignored me for days.

If you live on the top floor, be prepared to pay through your nose for utilities. Not well insulated.

To top it off, my car was stolen from the lot, and when I finally got it back (thank god) it got broken into twice. Didn't seem to phase Phoenix Mgt, though.

In short, unless you MUST live within walking distance to the law school, stay away.
