I've been living here since June '05 and I haven't had any major issues. The pros overshadow the cons of living here.

1. The location is great, it is walking distance to campus (4mins), to Blockbouster (2mins), CVS (2mins), and 2 major grocery stores (5-10mins). You have a great variety of fast food places really close by, as well as really nice restaurants. There's also a night club that is pretty close and a pretty popular and nice student bar.
2. This is also one of the cheapest places to live in here in Tallahasse if you want to leave alone in your own 1bed/1bath apartment. It is great for couples, because it saves you money and it gives you the privacy you need. That was one of the main reasons why I moved here.
3. The new managment is really nice and helpfull. They've been putting a lot of work into the complex, keeping it clean and safe.
4. Also, it is very quite. You will hardly hear any loud parties going on in the complex, which to me was a huge plus.
5. This is one of the few complex that actually allow you to have pets.

Overall, I think this place was pretty nice. There might be better apartments around Tally, specially for single students who don't care about having roomates. But for couples or people that just love their preivacy or have pets, Forest Hills is one of the best.
