I have been living at Forrest Hills since August of 2007. Recently, I have had an infestation of fleas in my apartment and they won't seem to go away. You would think that is only natural if you own a pet, but guess what I DON'T OWN ONE! For 3 weeks fleas have been biting me and enjoying my apartment due to the previous tenant's white animal hair that has never been cleaned or left my apartment since I moved in. It seems that eggs were living on the hair and have finally hatched during the summer. Sure, they spray, and spray, and spray, and they still live to attack. The property manager is really nice and has been trying her best to help, but her bosses will not respond to her e-mails or calls to assist me in anyway. When I called their leasing office, (for IPAD mgt), the receptionist didn't even know who to connect me to. These people don't care about your health or well-being as long as they get their money. Don't live here unless you like to be inconvienced! They don't care to help or is even trying to respond quickly!
Oh by the way...if you love dog crap in front of your door, in the high grass (which allows the walk way to get flooded full of crap when it rains), and next to your car, you should live here!
