Office and maintenance staff are excellent. Since the hiring of the current manager I no longer feel like my every move is being watched. Had the current manager not been hired I was seriously thinking of moving due to being made to feel like I was guest rather than a resident. I have recommended Fulton Hill to several friends and coworkers but Fulton Hill is always at 100%. That alone shows Fulton is the place to live.
