I have lived in Fulton Hill Apartments for a little over a year now and I am so glad that I found this place. It is quiet, I feel safe, if there are any maintenance problems it is taken care of in a timely manner. The only thing that I would say that is annoying is the garbage truck coming 3AM in the morning waking up the whole neighborhood to pick up trash. The management is just ok. Good thing I don't interact with them as much, but on the occassions I have they have been able to work with me if I have any problems with my apartment or rent. Overall I would highly recommend this place if someone is looking to escape the student environment and live a quiet normal life.
