Gathering

I lived there from in 2001-2002, When i moved in everything was a mess, there were holes in the walls and the carpet looked like and animal had bleed to death on it. They say they dont allow pets but everyone in the place had one, the security was well a joke the whole gate system was horrible, for some time there was no one there and they would even drill tenants trying to get in the gate to go home. Maintenance was non existant, you could put in four or five orders for the same thing on a daily basis and it never got fixed, they would place evictions notices for non payment of rent on your door even if you were current or ahead of schedule. Most times they had just screwed up the paper work. the pools were never able to be used and most of the time were filthy. when you move out they charge you for cleaning your carpet even if it was not clean when you got there. Power bill was not too bad but the wahser and dryer suck, the dryer took two hours to dry one towel, overall i would not consider this place to live unless you have no other choice and even then i would suggest standing in line at the Shelter to try your luck.
