This place sucked. The first day I moved in the water heater burst and there was water everywhere in the kitchen and carpeted living room. The carpet was never replaced and nobody ever came to clean it up; we had to do it by ourselves. I also had no doorknobs the first week I was there. The apartment was still very dirty; I spent the first two days cleaning it. I went through 3 different washer/dryer combos while I was there because they all blew up and one even ruined a load of my clothes when it leaked oil inside the drum. There had been a grease fire in the kitchen which had scorched the wallpaper, stove, and the overhead cabinets and light. It took them 4 months to fix it, and they only fixed it then because I threatened to take them to court. The management was also horrible. Every time you went to the clubhouse, you had to speak to someone new and repeat your entire problem every time. The management changed 4 different times while I was there, and the actual management company changed twice, and now they have changed again. The managment was extremely rude, never returned any phonecalls or messages, and was hardly ever at work-the clubhouse was almost always locked. They were not concerned about making things right; all they wanted was your money and they thought that because the majority of their residence were students, they could jerk them around.
