	Lived there for 1 1/2 years during grad school. Was a great place. Mostly mature residents. Did have problems with a very noisy neighbor, but staff handing complaints well and dealt with them. Large for the price. Good apartment overall.

	The buildings are in good condition considering their age. There are only 4 buildings, all are brick and two stories, with white decorative railings. The floors creak, and the windows don´t insulate well. The kitchen is full of shelves, and ... more
