Whatever you do....do not move in here! It will probably be the biggest mistake that you make in your life. If you can't tell from the outside that they are old and cheap, take a look inside one. If you are able to deal with an apartment that is falling apart, literally, then here is some advice you might want to take into consideration regarding the management of this property....they will lie to you from everything dealing with lease options to what they are supposedly going to fix in your apartment. I cannot emphasize enough the problems that I have had with the management. Do not be fooled by their kindess when you ask to look at an apartment!
Also, do not let them tell you that you must sign a 9 month lease, they DO have 7 month leases!
