Old aparments - STAY AWAY!!!

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I have been living in this apartment from 2005 March to 2006 March, I do not recomment this apartment to anyone...here is why.
1) there are bugs and cockroaches in houses..pest control is useless.
2) the apartment manager Susan very impolite, she shouts at you even for minor questions and is too stringent on rent and money matters.
3) I had taken the lease for 7 months and they refused to extend it for a year so I had to lease it for another month. And they refused to offer any discount in rent for leasing for long period.
4) the bathtub is horrible, it has been a year since I took tubbath...the shower is horrible too...
6) lastly the toilet doesnt flush...i gave multiple complaints but of no awail..
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM HERE...
