Hey, it wasn't the best, but it could have been worse. Everyone is writing nasty things about management, but I just thought Susie was a doll. Then again, I never had money issues, b/c I paid up front 4 months at a time. But the thing is, they had an enormous amount of deliquent tenants, b/c they were leasing to everyone and their mama that you know had horrible credit.

As for the apartment, it was okay for being really old. The efficiency of the electric was poor, my 1 bedroom had electric bills over 130 on a regular basis. The bugs weren't much of a problem if you had any semblance of cleanliness. But if you let things go they became a real problem. Maintenance consisted of 1 guy and his helper, so when that 1 guy got sick your stuff didn't get fixed. No washer/dryers in the rooms, and the little laundry room was never kept clean. The pools were okay about half the time. I thought parking was actually pretty good, especially since I didn't have to use a decal (thank god). It had it's negatives, but it was a big 1 bedroom, for only $540 a month. And if you got to know Susie up front, she was just adorable, the kind of person who would just sit down with you for an hour and get to know you while you filled out some paperwork...or maybe that was just me'

That was just you, darling. She was sweet to me at first as well... then turned into a ----- when we started having the more minor difficulties. I'm the one who had to park clear on the other side of the complex after midnight, and I sure as hell don't miss it at all.
