I've lived in my apartment since August of 2005. The good thing is it's quiet, but that's about it. First off they didn't clean my place before I moved in and it was missing a couple other things (drain stopper, window screen). My biggest complaints are the refrigerator and the carpet. After my first refrigerator broke down they said they'd order me a new one since the old one was really old. They kept lying to me everytime I went in to check on it. Finally after about a week without a refrigarator I find out they never ordered one in the first place! So they gave me a used one that broke down a few months later! After that they still wouldn't order me a new one and only offered to have the second fixed AGAIN! My carpet has a couple holes in it and numerous stains from previous tenants. Once again they lied to me saying they would put new carpeting in. After a coule of months asking when it would happen they finally said they wouldn't do it. The best they could offer was steam cleaning WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE BEFORE I MOVED IN! Their attitudes clearly showed they just don't care about the tenants.
