I stayed in a two bedroom townhouse at Heritage Park. I have to admit that it was one of the biggest townhouses I've seen in Tallahassee. We had two master bedrooms upstairs with two bathrooms and a half bath downstairs. It was almost 1700 square feet.
The apartments are just really old. All of the closet doors were broken and missing panels. All the doors were different colored wood. My stove was a dirty yellowish color. All these things we could have dealt with, but there was no electrical outlet in my roomates bathroom, and no cable outlet in her bedroom. The a/c unit was old, and didn't work too well. The management wouldn't do anything about these things because the whole place needed to be renovated. We did have new carpet though.
I would recommend this place at the price we paid (which was $685) but they have raised the rent to $750, and I don't think it's worth it.
