Heritage Park is good place to live. You won't get all the fancy frills of other places (no exercise room, small pool, no wacky monthly give-aways), but then you don't pay extra for that either. Its close to FSU, has decent large apartments, and best of all the place is well-maintained and they PROMPTLY answer any service requests.
My wife and I have lived here for one year and have just renewed our lease. That should say it all!
