I have lived at Hillside Apartments for the past two years and this place has gone through a lot of changes, mostly for the worst. When I first moved it, it was a great place despite the issues with my roommate. The grounds were up kept and neighbors were descent. As the second year of living here rolled around, it seemed as if everything went downhill. Neighbors and their friends are constantly flying in and out of the complex with their music blasting all times of day into the wee hours. Neighbors are constantly outside yelling and others have their door open all day long. It s bad enough to have to listen to your neighbors watch TV or talk on the phone but when this becomes a every day thing, it gets ridiculous. On site management is barely here and when is he doesn't do anything but play with the dumpster. Don t complain about someone because nothing will be done. In fact he will stand up for them regardless of what they are doing for you to complain about. There is a lot more that I can say but I ll let you see for yourself. My overall experience here once were good, however it not nearly as bad as other stories that I have heard.
