Hillside used to be nice. I lived here for 5 years. It was quiet, I could study every night and not hear my neighbors music, or worry if someone is going to hit my car flying out of the parking lot. The apartments have gone downhill. the grounds are no longer kept, maintenance man comes in and out when he feels he want and so does the manager. When you complain about a neighbor and their noise to the manager, when he is home that is, he does nothing to rectify the situation. people have their doors open all day music blarring, people yelling in the street to their friends as if we were in the jungle and they are the only ones around. yet, all of this is going on, the complex manager act as if he doesn't hear anything and doesn't know what's going on. all in all... they were nice apartments, but I had to move. Management is too rude and clueless for me.
