Bar None the worst renting experience I have ever had. In two years I had 5 serious leaks in the master bedroom each of which was "fixed" and was told would not occur again. Major code violations with water actually coming out of electrical outlets. Neighbours had elephants for children that liked to herd around at all hours and I do mean all hours. Mold spots which they are trying to charge me for after move out due to the carpet not being replaced when we moved in. So the new management is trying to stick me for the bill even after a perfect rental history with rent paid on time EVERY time. Staff are friendly enough but care nothing for your problems and make vain attempts at appearing to help residents and then backdoor you with fees when you move out. Please be very wary when looking and document eveything. Steep price makes it even less of a reason to rent there. This place has really gone down hill since eagle stopped managing and they sold to Laramar. Renter Beware.
