The management must have written that last review. The place is not well kept and students are loud throughout the night and there is NO ONE that really takes care of the facilities in a timely manner. The rooms are pretty nice - but the trash around the place stays there for days - if not weeks. Again, for the price it's a fair bargain but be careful about the roommate situation. I was miserable and stuck with a loud, nasty roommate.
