Jacob's Landings has the potential to be a GREAT complex. However they have serious problems. For one the management is not the best, and not well organized; possibly because they do not plan correctly. Residences are charged late fee's for fee's they paied in advance, and are also charged for fee's that have come out of no where.
The apartment layout is GREAT, and I can honestly say that is the only good thing I can say about them; they have a wide living space, manageable kitchen size, and the bedrooms are quite large and comfortable.
There's only once person handling maintenance and it's difficult for them to keep up the grounds, and they often get to you late when your having a problem; but in their circumstance they do a good job.
The residence...all I can say is they need to do background checks on every residence. I've never witness as much fighting, ignorance, and just plan stupidity in one complex. Every building has something going on, and the police come to the complex atleast 3 to 4 times a month. The security guards are even scared of the residence. I question how a nice looking apartment complex can have so much trouble.

Oh yea! The Landings are about to jump their rent from $516 to $536...A RIP OFF! They're only getting away with this because the conviencecy for those who walk across the street to TCC.
