I wrote a review 12/13/2008, and from then to now The Landings has did A LOT of changes. I know I said they were in the last review, but their words have now gone into action. The new management is wonderful, and welcoming. I believe the person in charge of the actual property came to make some major changes and suggestions, and they have been great. The people who were trouble makers are OUT, and never to come back. I believe the office realized that the troubled residents made the living conditions in the complex for other residents annoying, and disgusted; but with them out you see a big change in how everyone is actually becoming close and welcoming. They've had a few BBQ for the residents, and it was a nice way to meet your neighbors, especially the ones who were too scared to come out. Also, with the new maintenance man, he has much of everything done at the end of the day. No one really has to wait no more than 3 days to have whatever needed done, and he's actually nice too! In a whole The Landings is changing, and their also making more room for improvement. Give The Landings a chance, their actually worth looking at...and maybe they still need to consider lowering the price.
