Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
The comments below discussing the management are not exaggerations. The management is completely useless and very often rude and obtrusive. The complex is falling apart, the noise can be unbearable, repairs often don't happen and the new prices are too high for a slum. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
