College students don't be fooled, this place is not a bargain. The manager is rude and has little respect for woman. He acts as if the complex is his first priority but he doesn't take care of it. He doesn't pay for reqular pest control and the rent is too high for such a slum. I have rats living in the roof above me. The walls are paper thin, I mean I can make out every word of my downstairs neighbor's conversation.
If you need a place to crash for a few months then maybe but don't make the mistake of calling this place your home for 12 month leaase term. Haggle with him on the price. He can't even afford to keep the place so if your gonna live in the slums then at least pay slum rent.
