The apartments are very spacious, especially the bathroom. However, it needs major remodeling. New cabinets, etc. The new management is a lot more organized now, however not the friendliest. All in all, I recommend this complex to everyone with a family that may be going to school at the same time. The prices are quite reasonable.

A close friend lived there for a year and had a rat infestation, broken and leaking a/c, broken toilet, broken disposal, sink backed up with foul water, neighbors beating kids, neighbors beating girlfriends, a break-in next door, a shooting next door. I have never in all my life seen such a horrible place. I was scared to visit them.

When I lived at Landmark, I was a student at FSU, so the location was perfect being on the tomahawk line. Of course I had the occasional noise and/or maintenance complaint, but they were always addressed right away. The office staff listened to my issues and made me feel comfortable and at home. I loved my 2 bedroom apartment because it was the biggest and most spacious apt in town-- not to mention that cable was included! That was awesome.
