le parc is very cheap and they have monthly leasing available and it was usually very quiet in my building(the bldg. w/ the management office), however the place is totally filthy, i had to completely bleach and disinfect my entire apartment before moving in, i also had a different maintenance issue at least 3 to 4 times a month, my a/c unit was broken, my shower didn't work, roaches, leaking ceiling,etc. overall i would not recommend this place to my worst enemy, oh i almost forgot someone also tried to break in my apt.
