I have lived at Le Parc from July 2004 to July 2005. When I first moved in there I cried every day for the next week and stayed at my boyfriends place as much as I could. The former manangement was an abomination to all apartment complexes. The pools were like scenes from Return of Swamp Thing, my air conditioned was broken when I moved in (they replaced it after two days after I demanded it ) the apartment was filthy (they blamed it on the cleaning company), and there were stains and cigarettte burns all over my carpet.

I was lucky enough to have nice neighbors that were college students, but there were some loud people in the hallways yelling at other people and causing major drama. Le Parc went under new management two months before I moved and cleared out all of the bad weeds ( so they think). But there are still a bunch of people who keep throwing Popeyes and Mcdonalds cups and bags all over the parking lot. The sticky fingered maintence men are gone and the new ones are nice. I had a problem with the lock on my door and the maintence guy fixed it the next day. He was a real sweetie too. They said they are gutting the apartments and putting in new fixtures and carpeting, but they are also raising the price. I don't beleive it will be worth it, it is still too expensive for what it is . I think they need to tear the whole place down and build from the ground up, because in Florida, YOU NEED CENTRAL AIR. Those wall units are crap and they make your utilites bill HIGH. The new management is really trying, but it is going to take more than a new fence around the pool to make a great complex. They need to have security cameras around that place, because it is still not all that safe.
Oh yeah, there are still a lot of loud trashy people who live there. Move in at your own risk
