I lived here for about two weeks before I realized that this place was gang-banger central. There is way too much crack dealing in this part of town. They didn't bother me too much because I worked as a security guard, and would come and go in my uniform. This proved to be a nice little deterent, but still, I am not sure what I was thinking when I decided to move in here. As soon as I had a couple of days off, I packed my things and got the Hell out.
