I have lived at Londontown most of my time in Tallahassee. Excellent management and maintenance crew. No kidding. I had a toilet overflow and they had plumbers working on it in an hour - outside on the weekend (BIG money). Neighbors are mostly quiet; because they too have to get up and go to work (i.e. no partying students). Pools is kept clean and I agree with the above if you play tennis - a great guy. Overall a very good place to live if you have to have an apartment.
