After living in Londontown for a year, I am very happy with the community. I would definitely recommend it for someone looking for a good combination of quality and getting their money's worth.

The apartments are pretty old, so don't expect everything to be new and shiny, but they are solid, with good walls and pretty low electric bills because they were built well. I hardly ever hear my neighbors, with the exception of one that is a musician (but music doesn't bother me).

Kids in the neighborhood aren't really a problem for me, but if you don't like kid noise, don't move here.

Maintenance has been WONDERFUL. They fix everything right away, even major plumbing issues that I had.

This is a safe, quiet neighborhood. I'd be staying here if I wasn't leaving Tallahassee. Rent is very reasonable compared to everything in Orlando, where I am moving, as well as lots of other (newer) places in Tally. Makes me appreciate the rent here!
