I lived here a couple of months and had enough it is a total Nightmare. this a ghetto projects on top of projects. First of all you hear Gun shots all times of the nite. you can never get any rest,they party all night long,it has been reported that it had been numerous of rapes, and the maintience crew is very badd they dont fix anything,and one maintience guy goes around plundering threw peoples apartments eating up people food. its been several complaints and nothing has been done. my car had been stolen living there, and another thing they switch up tow people left and right with out telling you so you could have your car towed with out knowing what is going on. there alaways having inspections because hud is always checking up on them. because there never doing there job. And the landlord oh my god if you are not a trouble maker and dont keep up drama she dont wont nothing to do with you. and causes problems for you. must i say if you not a eye and a spy for her. or not in her little click that she has on the property its like a consperecy thing going on everybody is in it together there. and the landlord has the receptionist doing her job for her because she dont know how to do it. so im telling you for your own good please be aware.

First of all if you've started out having trouble the first couple of months living there in Magnolia Terrace,why did you stay there from 2007-2008.And why are you just now writing these thing about the complex?Could it be because you're being evicted or is it really that bad.So just sit and think about what you write when you write and how you write it because Magnolia Terrace iIS a great place to live in if you would have taken the time to get involved with the Mgnolia family and your own.
