This apartment complex should NOT even be called a complex. Rather, it should be called a project. The property managers name is Rae Dupont and ---- is the most disgusting and unprofessional so-called "manager i've EVER seen." I've witnessed her do wrongful evictions in addition to slamming the doors in SEVERAL of the residents childrens faces. There have been a Numerous amount of reported Mold infections in the apartments in addition to SEVERAL break ins. i would NOT advise magnolia terrace to ANYBODY!!!!
