I was a tennant at Magnolia Terrace for almost three years and during my stay, i must admit that it was the worst....I MEAN WORST thing that me and my child had ever had to endure. There was a disgusting mold growing all over the ceiling and walls of my apartment, and my child and me suffered an infection in our lungs due to the mold that i CONSTANTLY reported to management, but they di nothing about it. I have had the maintenance men to go snoopin through my apartment when they had no right to even be inside of there. The laundry facility is the only thing on the property they seem to besuring(with a videoo camera istalled inside) but even that sint secure because I've had my clothes stolen from the washers and dryers on mulitiple occasions. There are roaches and spiders, they pest control must be coming out and spraying water or something. I had an incedent at my apartment where i needed to call law enforcement for help, and they had the nerve to write me up for a disturbance on t he property for that. That made me feel like I can't even be safe in my own home. There have been numerous break ins, fights on the proprety, the police is ALWAYS being called out, there have been shootings, tennants have been raped, and (one of them was reaported to be done by the son of the property manager; ----------). This is not a good environment for your children. The staff are all very unprofessional and COMPLETELY unethical. I've had the office door slammed in my face, "ve been cursed out by the property manager, I've had them to steal things out of my apartment. Ive had ---------- to lie on me in several different occasions, and I've been cheated out of hundreds of dollars. I was forced to pay for damages that were not caused by me, and my lease agreement clearly states that that I was not respnsible to have to pay for these damages...Isn't that ILLEGAL'''' And if you think you can fix this problem by following the grievance prcedure...WRONG!!!! the person you will have to talk to is a lady by the name of ----- -------. She is also very rude, unprofessional, and she as well, obviously dosent know the proper way to talk to people. She is racist, and she is not fair when it comes to dealing with the tennants. She will not even hear your side of the story if you do call her. Rae tells her side first, then ----- automatically turns off her ears when you speak and treats people with such disrespect that it's dehumnaizing!!!!!!! I had her say some of the most rude und insensitive things I've ever heard from another person. I think that in a business environment, there should be no personal issues. But there are, all the time. I would recoment to anyone, if you have ABSOLUTELY NOWHERE ELSE TO GO, then yes, maybe Magnolia Terrace should be an option, but if you can help yourself, or if you have other options, stay as far away from Magnolia Terrace as possible. I would reccomend the homeless shelter first, at least you still get respect there.

I think this resident has been kicked out and is telling alot of lies. The management has always been very nice to me. The manager is a very nice person always willing to work with everyone. Its obvious someone with this many problems...MUST BE THE PROBLEM!!!!
