I have read the reviews of some former tenants and I must say I'm shocked. I have had no problems while living in Magnolia Terrace. I hate the inspections like others have mentioned, but that's the price of getting assistance. Maybe I haven't had any problems because I mind my own business, and I don't try to be in the mix of everything.

Ms. DuPont and her staff have always been respectful with me, I will even say they went out their way to help me at times. Any time I've reported a problem maintenance always responded quickly.

I know I live in Magnolia Terrace right now, but I know this is not the end all for me. Since I can't afford to move right now, I will continue to use MT as the stepping stone that it is. I will advise others to do the same. A word to the wise, home is what you make it.
