This was my first apartment when I moved to Tallahassee for College. I came here with three other roomates and when we procrastinated and couldn't find an apartment in our price range, we came here. I'm warning everyone that thinks of moving here that you have no idea what your getting into....

My roomates and I were in a hurry and decided to sign a 1 year contract on this place. When we got to the apartment we had carpenting that wasn't even finished in the corners of the living room and bedrooms. We noted this all on our walk-through paperwork. The chandeler that was in the "dining" area was not put up and was sitting on the floor waiting to be installed. They all promised us it would get done that week but a year later and several phone calls to the office they never finished doing it.

We were in a 3 bedroom apartment and the water heater would run out of hot water after 15 minutes of running. We had to take very short showers or else we would end up with cold water very quickly.

They handed us "Parking passes" that we had to administer to our guests immediately or else they would get towed... and the tow man came around our parking lot several times an hour... even though there was plenty of parking and no need for these badges...

The worse thing comes next....

When we decided to break out lease and had to pay an exorbinatly large amount of money to get out of it. I got a collections call two years later saying that I owed Magnolia money for the torn up carpet and the chandalier and God knows what else.... This was partly my fault for not getting a "moving out" inspection when we broke our lease to move out. I left that up to my other two roomates and obviously, it did not get done. They went after all of us for the carpet and whatever else.... which ended up costing me about $600 dollars in collections two damn years later'!!'!!'!! I was outraged!

They are charlatans... they smile at you and then cut your throat the moment your not looking. BEWARE!!!
